Engineered Air designs, installs and commissions air conditioning systems for industrial, commercial, retail and leisure contracts throughout the UK . It maintains, services and repairs air conditioning and ventilation equipment in a wide range of locations. The company is in its forth year of operation. It was incorporated to broaden and expand the business previously carried on for some 2 years by Operations Director, David Cotham as “Engineered Air North East”. It is growing rapidly as its reputation for service and flexibility becomes known.

The Company's largest project to date is a recently completed £450,000 contract for the mechanical installation at the new Mango Store in Oxford Street, London.

All Engineered Air installations incorporate top quality branded equipment from manufacturers who include Fujitsu, Toshiba, Mitsubishi, Marstair and Daikin. All installations have the assurance of full manufacturers warranty.

Service & After Sales
Engineered Air offers a 24 hour callout service. For maintenance contract customers a response time of 2 hours (local), & 2 hours despatch (distance), are given.
